This Titan Series cover is designed for telescopes mounted on equatorial (EQ/GEM) mounts with medium-size optical tubes.

Size S fits setups with a total length (tube + attached accessories) of up to 30 inches (≈ 76 cm) — suitable for ED/APO refractors (100–115 mm / 4–4.5"), 6–10" SCTs (Schmidt-Cassegrain), small Newtonians, GSO RC 8", and other similar telescopes.

📏 Before ordering, measure the full length of your telescope including all installed accessories (diagonal, camera, filter wheel, etc.). If the total length is 30" (76 cm) or less, this size is ideal.

Built for Long-Term Outdoor Protection

Titan Covers are engineered for long-term outdoor storage of telescopes and mounts. They deliver dependable protection from rain, snow, UV exposure, and temperature changes, keeping your equipment safe and ready for observing anytime.

Each Titan cover is made from two premium fabrics — an outer waterproof shell and an inner thermal barrier fabric. Together they ensure full protection in all weather conditions.

  • The outer layer is a PVC-coated nylon offering 100% waterproof performance (tested above 7000 mmH₂O, AATCC-127). It’s durable, UV-resistant, and easy to clean.
  • The inner layer has a multi-layer structure: a cotton base for insulation and a silvered surface that acts as a heat barrier, reducing temperature swings and dew formation. Its waterproof face adds extra moisture protection.

Thoughtful Design & Reliable Sealing

Every Titan cover is built for real-world outdoor use. Seams are sealed with a waterproof compound, and waxed threads prevent water absorption, ensuring a completely weatherproof finish.

For ease of use, each cover includes:

  • 🖐 Two reinforced handles for easy placement and removal.
  • 🪝 Elastic drawcord with a toggle for a tight fit around the base.
  • 🔒 Corded hem with locking fasteners for wind resistance.

Condensation & Optional Add-Ons

Under certain conditions, condensation may appear inside any outdoor cover. To help manage humidity, Titan Covers can be equipped with optional accessories:

  1. Removable desiccant pocket with reusable silica gel — helps control humidity inside the cover. The gel includes a moisture indicator that shows when it’s time to dry it.
  2. Ventilation fan — improves air circulation and prevents moisture buildup. Can be powered by a 12 V source or via USB adapter (low/high speed; can run from portable power banks).

⚠️ The fan option must be selected at the time of purchase; it cannot be added later since installation requires sealed integration during manufacture.

The illustration shows the actual dimensions of this telescope cover.

These dimensions are slightly larger than the maximum recommended telescope length for this size, to allow for an easy and proper fit.

For example, the Size S cover is designed for telescopes with a total setup length (tube + accessories) up to 30 inches (≈76 cm) — but the cover itself measures approximately 35 inches (≈89 cm) in length.

This built-in allowance ensures:

  • ✅ Easy placement and removal of the cover
  • ✅ A proper fit without straining the fabric or seams
  • ✅ Better airflow and protection around attached accessories

All sizes are designed with this margin to accommodate real-world telescope configurations.

✅ How to Measure Your Telescope

To determine if this cover will fit your telescope, measure the total length of your optical tube including any equipment attached to the focuser — such as a diagonal, camera, filter wheel, or other accessories.

📌 For Newtonian telescopes, you typically only need to measure the tube length, as most accessories point downward in the parked position and don’t add to the total length of the setup.

Please keep in mind that the overall size of your telescope depends not just on the optical tube, but also the mount type, configuration, and accessories.
