This Titan Series cover is specifically designed for 8-inch Dobsonian telescopes, providing full-length protection for both the optical tube and the rocker box. Engineered for long-term outdoor storage, it shields your telescope from rain, snow, UV exposure, dust and helps smooth out sudden temperature fluctuations that contribute to dew formation.
Shaped to fit both classic manual Dobsonians and Go-To models, the Titan cover ensures complete coverage while maintaining durability, weather resistance, and easy handling.
Built for Long-Term Outdoor Protection
Each Titan cover is made from two high-quality fabrics — an outer waterproof fabric and an inner thermal barrier fabric that together form an effective environmental shield.

The outer fabric is a PVC-coated nylon offering 100% waterproof performance (tested above 7000 mmH₂O, AATCC-127). It is UV-resistant, color-stable, and exceptionally durable.

The inner fabric has a multi-layer structure, featuring a strong, long-lasting cotton base that improves insulation and a silvered surface that acts as a heat barrier — helping reduce temperature swings and dew formation. Its waterproof face adds an additional layer of moisture protection.
Seams are fully sealed with a specialized compound, and waxed, water-repellent threads prevent moisture absorption. Reinforced handles and an adjustable drawcord ensure a secure and wind-resistant fit.
Condensation & Optional Add-Ons
Under certain conditions, condensation may form inside any outdoor cover, including Titan. To help manage humidity and protect sensitive optics, optional add-ons are available:

Removable desiccant pocket with reusable silica gel — maintains lower humidity; includes a color indicator to show when to dry and reuse.

Ventilation fan — promotes airflow to reduce moisture buildup. Can be powered by 12 V or via the included USB adapter, allowing use with portable power banks in the field.
⚠️ The fan option must be selected at the time of purchase; installation is performed during manufacturing and cannot be added later.
